LCNL Academy

Since the launch and successful operation of Nigeria’s premier all-inclusive beach resort and our unique jollof offering, consistent positive feedback on LCNL’s customer-first personnel led to the Academy in September, 2023. All participants receive a physical certificate on the day. Courses can be held at a neutral location, or at your place of work.

Courses are one-day (9-5pm), classroom-based with plenty of practical and are priced per person. A minimum of 20 participants required. Discounts are available for larger groups.​

Courses

LCNL Academy offers two flagship courses, available and applicable to all industries:

1 - Effective Team Leadership
for Winning Teams
for team leads, mid-level managers and graduate students pursuing studies in management. 
​

​

2 - Professional Guest Experience

Retaining Customers
for "frontline" customer-facing professionals, including Managers, Front Desk Staff, Guest Relations and Customer Service Managers.

Terms

Courses are now open to up to 50 participants each.​ A minimum of 20 participants required. Pricing includes VAT and Consumption Tax. 

​

Payments are not refundable but can be transferred within a 3-month period.


Cancellations / transfers require a 48 hour notice.


Transfers due to no-show on the day reflect a 50% rebooking fee.

 

LCNL reserves the right to reschedule if class minimums are not met.
